The fbi agent ?traino? On the land when you two missons for him then you go to the adabanned airport buy it and then you get I phone call from ?traino? And then you get to do the pilot school. Ok

After Interdiction and than you unlock (buy the air strip) Verdant Meadows and than go into that lookout tower thing to start Learning to fly
