Are you talking about the wheel that has the spikes on it also, and you're standing on a platform? If so, the wheel has the "meshie" stuff that you can climb on. Jump on the mesh when the turning part had passed, then crawl to the top and press "X" again to jump. (This jump will make you practically fly off the wall in the opposite direction.) By doing this, you will land on a platform (higher than you were before), or you will nearly miss it. If you miss it, use your "jetpack" to hover over to it, and if that dosent work, then try to line yourself up on the wheel better. I hope this helps! When you enter the strip mine go left andclimb up on the platform run around to the other side of the platform thehit square when you are next to the lever when you hit the lever it should open up a door go back to the middle of the strip mine then climb up the net,ladder and there should be the open door go through it then there should be some platforms that come out of that dark eco looking stuff jump on thos as they come out of the dark eco stuff get to the other side and there should be alot of new ground
