Hi tyler411 here

I beat the game and can't figure out how to get to the Naughty ottsel.
Can you help me out?

Obiously you have played Jak 2 and 3... You cannot get into the Naughty Ottsel, because it is not discovered until you get into Jak 2, when Jak and Daxter get the job from Torn to go to Krew to transport dark eco to Krew. It does not become the Naughty Ottsel until later in between Jak 2 and 3. There are blockades around the start of where Krew's store is, but you cannot get past it because of the invisible walls that the creators of the game made.
