To beat the first queen... Run to the sides ( I run to the right) and keep running till she starts to shoot some purple stuff. Dogde them( go left to right or any way and dodge) she will stop and run toward hers and spray the bug spray at her face run to the behind her and hit the blue "butt" do this about 3 times and she will roar. After that she will jump and you have to jump and hover with the spray to miss the wave she causes. Do that about 3 times. And then she will mix up the jumping and the shooting. Hope this helps.
