I am steel stock in the fish canneri I melt the fish and any fish jumps and I can't get the atention of any fish please I got couple days in the same spot thanks

That wil happen, make sure that the big fish is swimming towards the unfrozen fish that is on the track. He will dive under and jump up to get it. Then hover over with the poison gun to the other side. Getting the big fish's attention may take some time and practice.
