How do I kill the first Boss? I've hit him twice and killed the bugs,then he stands up and I dodge his fire. I fire green smoke at him and run around the back and hit his stomach. How do I get through this level?

Start by hitting her rear end. You then fight some regular bugs. Use the chain reaction attack. After you hit her 3 times, she shows her true form. Wait for her to launch blue poison balls at you. Double jump and spray her in the face. Kick her butt. Repeat 3 times.
In the next form, the Hive Queen will pound the ground. Jump over the shockwave and kick her butt. Repeat until the cutscene. The last form is like the last two forms put together. Repeat. Congrats if you defeated the sticky menace.
