Stuck in Westside hotel

II have collected the 25 Gold Gems, crawled through the duct and under the bedroom door. I went down the ramp to the large pipe, but I can't get into the pipe because of the grate covering the opening.

You go to the other side of the room and you should be able to go through there somewhere.
