Transit and Queen Hive I already beaten have gone,any way not to

I had already beaten the transit level and also finally the Queen Hive,saved, started and also finished the mine ( got 7 jewels already) but now , when I start the game, I appear before the transit level .I hated the trains , I hated the Queen and I do not want to repeat those!!!!!
I saved the game soo often I have no idea what I did, maybe I was half asleep and "erased" something but, anyway, impossible to erase all that.
I don't understand.
Is there a way to start from afdter the Queen HIve for example, I can repeat the mine but not three things, I will not.
Please, let me know.Thanks.It is european game,and I ahve never used gamsaves or cheater "gadgets" in my new psp
