Hi there! I'm also stuck in the part of the two ice blocks and the cages.. But the thing is that I keep crushing in the cage, I can get there, but I don't know how to make daxter grab it. He just crush against it and falls down..can anybody help?? Tnks

I had that exact same problem, you need to start your sprayer at he very very highest point of your jump just keep at it and you will succeed.
