The coke zero update

I downlaoded the coke zero update and have got the 2 free cars (seat and plymouth) and the 2 news tracks aswell but it I can't buy the 16 news cars that come with the update, I can race against them but I can't buy them because they arent in the car car lot. I've completed the game aswell, anyone know how to get them ??!!!
