How do you unlock free car markers, because I have completed the game and I still can't buy car markers.

I don't think there is a way to unlock them unless you are a challenge race day.
You cannot buy them.
You have to get lucky unfortunately. Basically in the Elite Organization races like G-Effect, Noise Bomb, Nitricide and Rogue Speed when you Win or Dominate them, you've got to choose logically which prize to go for really.
For example say in a Rogue Speed race day I won it and I chose prize no. 5 (numbered from left to right) and I got a Stage 4 package or Free Car Marker or something. Then when you Dominate it, your best chance to go for next is either no. 1 or 3.
I had a free car marker and I used it for a Zonda but unfortunately I accidentally deleted all my saved game progress.
I don't get which race day you have to complete to get a free car marker.
I got a free car marker in the beginning I used to it buy a lambo and I got another one and bought the zonda it's worth the wait to get those for free instead of wasting money buying it yo ucan use it to upgrade it or just save it
YEah go for the elite ones use the free car marker on something good like a lambo or 911. Make sure you have good cars b4 you vs ryo
Hey. I have been playing and noticed a small glitch. If you use all the codes you can find at same time and use the "unlockallthings" code, you can do any race you please. Also, you can't get level 4 unles you use it.
I got one in the autobahnring 2 and you can beat ryo wit the lancer evo you're tunes just gotta be 434 or 334 he's weak.
Theres a cheat to get a car marker it is really easy here it's carmarkersss
Go to speed challenges and dominat all to get 5 free car markers!!!!!!!
