COD:WAW shares many similarities with COD4. The graphics are touched up a bit, though they look the same, since WAW runs on the COD4 engine. WAW is definitely more bloody than MW, as it opens up with a man getting his throat slit. The online componet of WAW borrows many things from MW. There are several new modes and all new maps, though some of the challenges are the same.
