Introduction

The fifth installment in the Call of Duty series.
It is set in the Pacific Theater and Eastern Front of World War II.
You can play as the Americans going against the Japanese, and Russia/Soviet Union going against the Germans/Nazis.
You can also go on WIFI.
The new addition to this game is Co-Op mode. You can have a total of four people in co-op online, and two people offline (campaign mode).
So, the rest of this review will cover different aspects of the game. Then I will say whether or not I recommend it, and if it's worth the money to buy it.

Graphics

The only bad thing about the graphics in this game is the characters' faces. Some of them look a little sloppy. This doesn't lower the score because the only time you ever really see the faces are in cutscenes.
One of the best things about the graphics are when they show scenes from the actual war. Either that or reenactments of the war. But either way, it adds to the experience of the game.
As for terrain, the grass, mountains, and water all look incredibly detailed.
The destruction that is on the field is amazing. You actually feel like you're in the war.
The guns also look real. The metal looks amazing, and when you fire, the sparks that fly out are perfectly timed with the sound of the gun shot.

Sound

The sound quality and detail is amazing.
The voice-overs are perfect, and they sound like the person is in the room with you.
The sound effects are great. Explosions make the house shake, gun shots make your ears quake. Even the ambient sounds are great. You can hear the grass blowing in the wind, and when you walk through water, you can hear the splashes.

Gameplay

The gameplay in this game is so great, you actually feel like you're in the war.
The campaign mode as four or five difficulties, and each one will take a little while to beat. No matter which one you do, you'll have a slight challenge.
After you beat campaign mode, you unlock a new game mode. You have a wave of infinite zombie Nazis that you have to kill. This is very fun.
If you get tired of killing zombie Nazis, you can do WIFI. This is very fun.
You can play with people worldwide and with just your friends. WIFI has a point system that allows you to unlock new upgrades such as new guns and perks. This provides a goal besides just killing enemies. WIFI with this Call of Duty game is funner then other ones. Plus, if you get a certain amount of kills in one life, you can get bonuses to release against your enemies. These bonuses include: reconnaissance, dogs, and artillery.

Lastability

The campaign mode alone will last a few weeks, but only if you decide to beat it in all difficulties. Then you have the zombie Nazis, but that can get boring easily.
So both of those combined will last at least a month. But then you have WIFI, which will last as long as other people continue to use it.
You have all of these upgrades to get, and new challenges every time you play.
This game will last a long time, but definitely at least two months.

Overall

The graphics are amazing. Good detail and no glitches.
The sound quality is amazing, and the sound effects are great.
Both the graphics and sound are in sync with each other. And both of them are in sync with the buttons you press on the controller.
The campaign mode is non-stop action. WIFI is non-stop action AND fun.
This game is perfect for people who like killing other people (not in real life though).
I say, get this game as soon as you can. It is entirely worth the money, and you won't ever regret getting it.

Final Score: 98%
