Hi I'm new and I have 2 ..

I am on the free play part of the sims bustin out....well I know on the cheats it says to pause the game. Well, I have no clue how.

<BR>I have pressed the start button and pause it that way, but the cheats don't work.
<BR>
<BR>and I have tried pressing L1 and pause that way. But some of the cheats require the L1 key...so plz help me!

You might be typing the cheat in wrong.

If the cheat involves the buttons triangle or x, they wont work during the pause menue and you will have to unpause the game and enter the cheats quickly while the game is running. If you need to, practice entering the cheats quickly with an unplugged controller before actually entering the cheats in the game.

p.s.
pausing the game using L1 does nothing and you dont need to anyway.

The only way to go to pause the game is the start button. If it doesn't work your button could be stuck.

This is to answer 'how to enter cheats'. (Sims Bustin' Out).

One thing I've found is that YOU CAN ENTER CHEATS WHILE DRIVING. You know inbetween houses while you're in a car, SLOWLY (you can enter) the code and it will/should work if you have the correct codes. Better than speeding through it while it's paused. Always have the BLUE gnome on the lawn 1st, or the codes won't work anyway.

Just enter the cheats whilst the game is loading or youre driving...it always works for me!!!

You do not need to pause the game to enter the cheats. I never have and they all work for me
