Pause time, then quickly press R2, L1, R1, L2, Left, Circle. A Sim voice will say something to confirm correct code entry.

A gnome should appear near the road. Select it for 10,000 Simoleons.

I keep trying this cheat
But I can't hear a a sim voice say somthing, aswell as this I can't see a gnome

What should I do

All of you are wrong :(

Pause the game with the start button, enter L1, R2, Right on D pad, square, L3.

Go to the blue gnome on your front lawn, usually to the right as you are coming out of the house. Click on the gnome and it will say give money.

Press X for $10,000.
