Question for Sonic Heroes

I saw a video in you tube and I saw Shadow and Sonic in Super Form. It was in Gamecube but I'm wondering if it works with PS2 and how?

P.S. They were in the forest when Team Sonic and Team Dark fight each other

As far as I know for Sonic Heroes on the PS2 (since I have it) you can only be Super Form with Team Sonic when against the Metal Overlord which is basically Metal Sonic "evolved". Basically you are in super form with only Sonic, Tails and Knuckles.

It is possible that the phony who did it did some serious editing as the only time the supers are together is in sa2b as I know b'cause I have been there in all 3 save slots (not trying to brag)

I think this is the video
