Is there any way to make the special stages for the chaos emralds easier? Thansk to anyone who ansers this question

Not really sadly.
It's really a case of practice makes perfect...
However...When using you're light dash try and "stretch" it out if you know what I mean. Like when you press square for the light dash, wait until your speed from the light dash if almost slowing back to the "normal" running speed before pressing square again for your next "shot".
Unless of course you have a full bar of light dash.

Both of the above are right!!
The easiest way I can think of to get all the emeralds is to get the key with team rose and beat the stages without getting hit. Since team rose has the shortest and easiest stages you might find it easier to get extra live and beat the stage with out getting hit and Try the special. And if you fail repeat it until you win.
P.S harder than it sounds
