Um not too sure what you mean by not tuned...If you're meaning "vanilla settings" i.e. It's stock settings then you're best option is probably the 911 Turbo still or the Subaru WRXST Impreza or Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X.
Other cars may possibly be the Nissan Silvia.
