General idea is this:
-rear wheel drive car
-lot of power (atleast stage 3 upgrades)
-lot of grip (again stage 3 upgrades)
-a soft rear suspension.

Well I have the 69 charger r/t wut I did to get it to do weelies is I got level 3 preformance parts for everything and messed around with the suspension and it worked and it ended up with 953 hp so try that
