Does any one know the best drag car and the best set up for it or any other cars I see a lot of 5 second cars but can't make one

The Mustang GT would be a great one, but it's mainly the average tuned muscle car that will do the trick.

The best drag car in the whole game is the Chevrolet Camaro SS.
Get it all Stage 4 components (via the UNLOCKALLTHINGS cheat) with the exception of brakes as you leave it stock.
Tuning wise:
Suspension:
Make everything the softest (shocks, rebound, springs and anti-roll bars),
Lowest ride height setting
Maximum tyre pressure at the front and minimum at the rear.
Leave Toe, Camber, Caster and Steering Ratio
Engine:
CAM Timing: lowest
Start and End Boost: Maximum
Nitrous pressure and jetting flow rate: Maximum
Gears: Leave the gear ratios as they are
Now once you've done this turn the Stage 4 suspension back to stock.
In addition, the only body components you need to change are the wheels (thin front tyres and thick rear ones), turning the stock hood to carbon fibre and adding the stock autosculpt bodykit.
In the race obviously heat your tyres to Max. Grip, but when the lights are going shift to gear 5 straight away. Time it right to get the jump, but you MUST also use your Nitrous at the same time. Then carry out the drag as you would normally.

The best cars that I know of are the zonda f or the mercialago just use this code till you get enough $$$$$ use this code (unlockallthings) then go to a race then back to career and go to garage then sell your new cars it gives you $90000 for each time reset after 1 time though

The one car that does it for me is the ford shelby gt 500 which is a low cost and when you get all of the parts to level four (using the unlockallthings cheat) then you can get a good time in the drag races and it does a good wheelie with nitrous
