ANSWERS

First of all you have to shift when a green light turns on. Use R2 to shift up. When you start you don't have to constantly switch lanes the car make the turns by itself so all you have to do is keep accelarating and shift at the right time. When you want to switch lanes just tap left or right and the car will move to the other lane. You don't have to constantly be steering the car to keep it steady. Just watch out for traffic. When you shift try to shift when the green light appears you'll get a perfect shift. If you shift in a blue light you will get a short shift, which means you shifted too early. If you shift when a red light appears you will get an over rev which means you shifted too late. I hope I helped good luck playing the game.

Drags are my favorite, so hopefully this will help:

Drags are all about Speed, those Perfect Shifts, and dodging Traffic.

When you are about to start the race, when the little meter turns a peculiar color, that is the "Perfect Shift" area, that good spot with RPM for a good shift. If you can pull off a lot of Perfect Shifts, you will get a lot of speed and destroy the competiton. If you don't know how to Shift, press R2.

Change your gears up when you get faster, and change lanes to avoid cars, thats simple.

During drag races, you will see a traffic-light kind of marking in the middle of the screen. This ranges from blue, green and red (over-heated).

Blue means short or good, green means perfect, and red means over-heated. When the light turns green, I advise you to click the R2 button. This is to advance gear. Dodge all traffic, otherwise you will get totalled.

You are in manual, not automatic, remember.

You press R2 to shift into the next gear the blue arrow means good shift and green arrow means perfect shift

Just start the race and to shift press up with the right analog stick and if you come to a turn it will turn for you

Drags ar simple when you start you shift up by pressing R2 when the circle goes green continue doing this to shift up and L1 to shift down. Just make sure not to hit anything or you will be totaled tere really easy once you know what to do.
