Is it possible to destroy Sargeant Cross' car? Because I was on top of the bus depot for 20 minutes and the heat level was at 5, and a message came up saying Cross 100,000 bounty.

When that appeared, that meant either one of two things. Either A)Cross was idiotic enough to actually destroy his self or B)You destroyed him.
