Yes, but only one way. You can drive cars in the challenge series.

I believe so all you have to do is complete everything in the game
Challenge Series man, somewhere around 40s. You get to drive the cruiser.
Apart from that, nope, it's impossible.

I think you drive one of the cruisers during the challenge races.

Only in the challenge series, about half way through.
Yeah you can drive cop cars but only in the Challenge Series.

Challenge 44 is civic cruiser after that you will found heavy suv corvette and others
Yes you can get a cop car
Yes you can, but you can only drive the heat 1 civic cruiser, you can't turn the surrons on or anything although.
