Hi I need help :my game says that I have 81% done and I beat Razer and the police chase.Is my game messed up?

No, I don't thnk it is because you have other things to do like, the 69 challenges, which goes towards the completion of the game.

No your game is not messed up it is just you have not completed all the races

No, your game isn't glitched or anything, it's just that you still haven't completed all the races/milestones.

Your game is not messed up, you probably havent finished all of the milestone challenges and races in the game for each racer. And no the 68 challenges do not go toward the completion of the game they are just bonus stuff to get some bonus cars.
