Depends. If they are both upgraded to the max, the Gallardo should have higher stats. But if you can race better in one of them, use the one you race better in.

Personally, I would not use either of them. You want a car that can out corner Bull's. I prefer the WRX sti or the Lancer Evo VIII

If those are the only two cars you have I suggest the Corvette because it has a better handling rate, it will give you better control around the corners.
