I need help on how to beat ronnie because I do not know how to get money or bounty easily

To get bounty you have to crash the cop cars manually or by using pursuit breakers. But get into the highest heat level for more bounty. As for Ronnie use the fastest car unlocked and try as hard as you can.

Bounty increases when you takedown cop cars dodge spike strips evade pursuits in higher heat levels costing to state. I did more than 6,000,000 in one single pursuit try smashing cop cars and do this stuff I made my bounty once and got to the top n defeated razor. How is that.

Just race and you'll get money. For the bounty part well, just break all the rules it's easy. Hit cars(not necessary),ram police cars(you can immobolize for more bounty),knock off signs and such.

All that you have to do is go and buy a game shark cheat disc and with the cheats on that baby you can skip the blacklist, get 100,000,000 bounty, and get 99,000,000 cash!!!!!!!
