I doubt it. Most demos don't even have cheats, and/or codes, so if you enter the game codes on the demo, I do not think that they would work. But you can try, you might be surprised at what happens.

No but when you beat the demo you get a new upgrade in thegarage I think the upgrade is brakes,enigineor transmission I can't reaslly rember
