I am trying to save Sirus from the dementors the first time, I keep having to redo it , all the other questions I have seen are about after the time turner I am before the time turner. Thanks for any help.

All I can tell you is keep producing the patronus as many times as you can but hit the nearest dementor after a while the stag will come over and the dementors will leave. Hope I helped ;)
