Not Played The Game For A While, But I'm Pretty Sure He's Called Phil.

If You're Not An Expert At Driving Then You'll Have To Drive Slow, Avoid Sharp Turns & Traffic.

The "Drunk" Effect Distorts The Controls, So You May Have To Alter Your Direction In Order To Stay On Track.

His name is phil cassidy.

This mission is called boomshine saigon, and the objective is to get phil to a docter fast!

You must drive phil to the hospital, this proves somewhat difficult because tommy inhaled some of the boomshine

When you get to the hospial phil protests that there are "too many cops and viet cong" so you must drive further down the road and turn right to get to phil's army surgeon

After you finish this mission you can access phil's gun stash for some pretty cool new weaponry

After phil's missions you can access the final missions of the game if you've completed more than 60% of the game

Try not to hit anything and focus on the street you will not have to drive far it is just around the corner. The trick to it is that you are little shaken up when the explosion hit and that is the whole point.
