I can't find anymore missions, I just did THE JOB and did the Phils missions. the last one with him was taking him to the hospital. Now I just drive around and don't know what else to do. I already have the mansion and the Malibu club is there something else to buy or what? Please help me out, I want to get done with this game to move on to San Andreas.

I think the last mission you should do is one that starts at Vercetti Mansion.
It is called "Keep Your Friends Close"
I'm going to say this once more:The last mission of the Game starts at Vercetti's mansion but you need this: Malibu, film studios, Kaufman Cabs, printing works, Bj's Carstore and the Pole Position Club. All of these places must make money.
The Pole position might be a problem,just Go inside after you bought it and enter the red room in the back of the club,spend about 600 dollar on the girl (wich is dancing for you)and Go out,after that the pole position will generate 4000 a day.
Bj's carshop:Just complete 1 list of cars and the store wil generate around 4000 dollar a day.But the more lists you complete the more money the store will be making till a max of 9000 dollars a day.
There a more things to buy in the city but they don't affect the storyline,you can buy them anytime.(Even after the game is completed).

You may have bought the places but have you done the missions? You must complete the missions for each of the places you bought as well as all of the other ones. Then you will get a phone call........
