Right (x2), Left, Up, L1, L2, Left, Up, Down, Right this is a cheat to change charater costume thi may help you but try it any way
You can't get one on the ps2 version but the pc version you can. And if you have san andreas one of the cars on that you can take to a mod shop and give it a slight resemblance to the general lee...
The General Lee Is a mod therefor the only way to get it is ply GTA Vice City PC Version and mod the game. Sorry.
