Without using cheats pay n spray's new clothes or the little pink markers or anything else can someone please tell me if you can outrun more than one wanted level star in a car or helicopter or something I know you can outrun one star.

ANSWERS

No, once you have more than one star you will not be able to lose your wanted level. Being in a helicopter with a 2 star level will mean that you won't notice any cops, but as soon as you land they'll be after you again. If you're trying to avoid the cops, try the middle level of the multistorey carpark, you'll be free from cops and police helicopters. Hope this helps.
