Look all you have to do is once you've grabbed lance GET IN THE TRASH MASTER!!

They cannot get you in any way but guns and those they do not have!

Go in there with a shotgun. Blast every one to hell with it. Free Lance and grab the car nearby. Exit the junkyard and drive to the hospital. Along the way, you should see some alleyways. Go in one. The cars coming after you should stay outside. Get a rocket launcher, assault rifle, sniper or any long distance effective weapon and blow the cars to heck. Get back in the car and drive to the hospital.
