Once again; there are no such codes that makes you skip missions or making it 100%.

You will have to try harder!

That mission is terrific once you can handle the seaplane, it's a quality mission. But no you can't skip the mission, Like the dutch tommy vercetti said TRY HARDER

Look, it's really very easy.

All yo have to do is go to the far side of the island from the start and work your way up.

You actually do get quite alot of time considering so when you have to weave around buildings just give yourself lots of wide space and come in straight.

Don't turn sharp corners and don't go difficult ways so look around to find others to suffice.

Like the predecessors before me TRY HARDER!
