They are the sleazy looking girls in dark clothes walking on the sidewalk at night. Just check out areas with plenty of foot traffic, like near the Hyman Stadium or the malls.
Don't forget to pull up to them in a nice car, like the Cheetah.

When you pull up to them, honk you're horn and they will talk to you for about 20 seconds, then they will get in
