The girls that get into your car at night are hookers. Drive to a secluded spot (like the water's edge at the beach) and wait. The car will start shaking and your health will be raised beyond your maximum level.

Find somewhere secluded spot like the place where you start the game or in a parking lot.i don't know why does it shakes do you know is there something going on.i don't know if my thought is right or not can someone tell?

Find a secluded area where nobody can see you.the car will start to shake and you're health goes up, but as you may notice after the (lol)ur money goes down. Get out of your vehicle and kill the girl.you will get 75% of your money back. Hope I helped =]
