I dont know about what kinds but theres a blue and yellow one. You can drive them in the streets. I don't know if you can own your own.

On your quad bike, it is mostly used in the country side and you can go up that big mountain just like you can do it with a monster truck or dirt bike but I don't see why they shouldn't let you drive it around the cities, too.

Can you buy your own ATV?:
I'm pretty sure you can just steal one, but they made it harder to steal vehicles. If someone sees you (mostly in daylight), you can get the cops on you right away.

Yes there is an atv it's a fourwheeler. it's located in blueberry acres in one of the farms there. it;s called the quadbike or something like that
