Is it true you can get chased by a ghost car?

Hi,

I spent days playing this game, but I´ve never been chased by a ghost car.
Maybe it´s just a rumor, I can´t tell. A friend who plays San Andreas on PC told me about a invisible tank armed with missiles which is hidden somewhere, but I´ve never seen it either. I know, I can´t see something invisible ... You know what I want to say?!
There are sooooo many things to be found! Nearly each time I´m roaming the cities causing some havoc I find something new: hidden weapons (like the Rocket launcher on top of the parking garage close to the police station at Las Venturas) or vehicles (like giant plane in the biggest hanger at Las Venturas Airport). Yust keep your eyes open and maybe you´ll find what you´re looking for ... Or something else.

18's actually pretty good if you think about the fact that it doesn't always give you a mist charge but not meaning to brag or nothing but I'm afraid that I got 24, but I did get lucky and got a mist charge after I ran out with everyone so that I didn't run out of time easily!

Nobody is 100% sure about this.
Most of the time, the car is just rolling down the hill.
Rockstar made the cars spawn a few feet off the ground, to avoid the car sticking into the ground and becomming uuseless. As you can imagine, a car spawning on a hill a few fee tup would cause the car to hit the hill with some force, thus sending it down the hill.

I personally havn't been chased, as Ive ran at the cars when it's foggy/stormy, and nothing happened. You might be able to be chased, but there are so many fake videos around that you can't be sure.
