Just Drive Around In A Variety Of Different Vehicles

(Different Vehicles Cause Different Cars In Traffic)

The Euros Is Under The Sphinx On The Strip In Las Venturas (Only When You Complete All Missions) And It's Only There Once, And When In Traffic With This Car There Will Be No Other Euros' In The Traffic Around You As This Is A One Of A Kind Car

Vamp_S3 I've completed all missions,a and there is no cars under the sphynx statue, despite me never using, or even seeing it.

If your struggling with the rarer cars, use the fast/rare cars appear regularly cheat.
