The serial killer and Bigfoot are both non-existing characters and videos you see on YouTube about it are mods

You can get those grenades from spawning points. But these grenades aren't sleep grenades but Tear Gas grenades. There is a spawning point on Las Venturas Airport near the 2 Shamals

The serial killer can mean to characters. Either Mr.Trenchcoat (he looks like a murderer) or leatherface. People were fascinate by thid myth because no other game has refrences to things like that in it.

2.Is Bigfoot a mod because I saw Videos on youtube?
The evidence is equal, as thee are huge footprints on the path up to the top of mount chilliad, however nobody has given good evidence that bigfoot is available on the PS2 version. Who knows.

3.Can you get the gas bombs that you use to make people asleep like the one in the mission when you break to caligulas casino to steal money?

Yes. They arn't sleeping grenades, the grenades contain Tear Gas, and for some reaosn make the guards fall asleep. You can find some in Las Venturas airport, and there are a few other spawn points.
