The mesa you can find it at the beach in LS, and the euros under the sphinx in LV.

You should find the euros on the thirk floor of the multi storie car park near army base in las venturas.. (I mean the base where you stole the helicopter with the magnet on it)

Well the Euros is under the Sphinx in Las Venturas and the Mesa is beside Mount Chilliad(the finishing place). Good luck!

The euros is beside the finish of the chilliad challenge, and the Euros is supposd to be under the sphynx in LAs Venturas, but it's never there for me.
If it isnt there for you, use the fast/rare cars appear regularly cheat, it will appear alot then.
