It is near grove street go to the gym and opposite you is a load of flats go over there and get into the black van (robbery van)

Across the street from Denise's house (the divided road near Grove Street) there's a set of blue condominiums, the robbery van should be that big black Boxville parked in one of the gaps between those, near the back.

There is one in Las VEnturas in the area of pilgrim

Theres also one in between the blue flats opposite ganton gym

The van is called the 'boxville'.
