I'm currently at the flying school and trying to learn to fly but cannot do it what so ever. Is there a cheat to gain a full license for flying or better you're flying skills?

No..... There isn't a cheat to pass that mission, I was on that and I had trouble, but you just have to keep trying until you get it and keep the plane leveled and don't go up to high or fly to low.

No cheat, I found the licenses fair easy when I passed.

Take a plane, fly over the ocean, level off.

Take a toothpick, wedge X button, double check your flying level. Go away. Come back.

You will be far away with full flying stats if you left it long enough, or... You need to go away again and wait longer.
