Someone please help me I can't get past the wu-zi-mu mission for Cesar

Dont drive too fast, because if you go too fast, your car will be hard to handle, go at a speed thats not too slow, and is easily handled.

If I'm correct wu-zi-mu is the mission you need to take a car to this old man.If it is this one,then just try to evade the cars chasing you and if there men shooting at you run over them with youre car.Oh and when the car is wrecked,dont fix it.And if youre the type who does the recover health cheat to fix youre car,dont do this cause youre car will explode!

Whoa,that answer is wrong.If it's the race you can't complete then try using the buffalo.Use speed at first try to get away from them as possible,I know the race is hard so slow down on the curves and if the other cars are caching up go fast.

Before you race enter the "Cars float away when hit cheat". Enter the race. During the countdown enter the "Pedestrians go Crazy cheat". The racers will get out of their cars and fight. Take that time to run over and kill all the racers and hit all of their cars. Since all the cars will have floated away and all the racers are dead you can go as slow as you want because your the only one left in the race! (you can find the cheat codes in the Cheats section).

Use this cheat. L1, L2, L2, UP, DOWN, DOWN, UP, R1, R2, R2
When you crash into the cars, they will blow up. Do it slowly though, and try to use your handbreak when you crash into them, your car could catch on fire. If it does, heal your car with the following cheat.
R1, R2, L1, X, LEFT, DOWN, RIGHT, UP, LEFT, DOWN, RIGHT, UP
Remember to charge at them one at a time.
