Depends what you mean by the best, in my opinion, with the handilng and speed and looks, I would say the Euros.

Really I think the bullet is the best car in the game but I don't think you can find out in the country or in Los Santos.

The two fastest cars in the game I believe are the zr-350's and the turismo's

The turismo is the fastest car.But Its really weak,it starts burning really fast.My favorite car is the bullet with black and white lines on top.This would be the best car I think.

Spoodbeast the zr-350 is slow as hell, theres loads of cars faster.

The fastest in terms of acceleration is the infernus, but overall the turismo is the best, because it looks good, it's only 0.5 seconds slower than the infernus (yeah I tested the speed of the cars lol) and it's great at turning corners.

Everybody is WRONG! There are three tied for the best. The only two to mention the first car, the Bullet, are zachta5838 and Mr.Rocket. Then there's the car that's one second faster than the Bullet, the Super GT. Then finally there's the Hotknife. You can get all three by getting all gold at the driving school. The 4th best car is the Cheetah and it could beat every car that everybody else mentioned, except for the Bullet.
