There has to be another way to get thermal vision or night vision goggles besides in madd dogs crib. Please let me know because I can't even get in madd dogs crib anymore.

There are thermal goggles by the big ear

There is one pair of thermal goggles under 'the big ear', although they only spawn once, and they only spawn after the black project mission.

There is also a pair of heat seeking goggles at the back of zero's RC shop.

Go to San Fierro and look at your map. Just south of the city should be three large circles on the map, near the highway. In between two of those is a pair of night vision goggles, just sitting on the ground. Best of luck to you.
