Its a glitch with the Jet pack,but I think you need the game with lots of saved cheats or messed up.I forgot how it is.

Its a big pitch black place that is at the roof of ganton gym.

The interior universe is a big glitch(which was already stated) and it's really nothin up there. It's black and it's gets confusing after a while. You can get up there with a jetpack,but some places you need a cheat device bcuzz the jet pack will stop working

The interior universe is a big black area which you can get to in the ganton gym once you killed everyone inside. I wouldn't reccomend going there as I was transported to the LSPD station and once I left, my map was messed up and I couldn't find my way to any places.

The interior universe is a dull, gray, place, that looks like youre underwater.BUT BE WARNED!!! Once you get in the water around in there you really can't get out. It took me forever to try to get out then I committed suicide just to get out of there.

Its the glitch inside ganton gym.

There is a arber shop, and some houses in there.

Also, if you land in some water you will have to drown yourself or use toecommit suicide cheat, because otherwise you can't get out.
