On the mission "Verical Bird" I'm having trouble with it. I can get by the sneaking, but when I get the hydra it's hard for me to get it to go up and I always crash and die. Does anyone have any advice for me? If so thanks.

Just keep practicing with the Hydra,soon enough you will learn how to control it.

Cheat and spawn a hydra (triangle, triangle, square, circle, x, up, down, l1, l1) and fly around in to for awhile to get the hang of it. Once you can fly well fly over area 69 to get rockets shot at you then use the deturants (circle while flying) and once you can do that do the mission. Without flying virtically up right away change the thrusts so you can start off like any other plane. Fly for a little to get out of the city and then flip around and destroy the planes. Then go to this ships. The ships will not shoot at you. Change the thrusts back to the hover position and target them and shoot. Destroy them change thrusts back to regular flight and park it in your personal hanger on you airstrip. Congradulations you now have a hydra at your airfield and you have completed the mission.
