The pub is called the Lil' Probe Inn and is located at the start of the road heading to Area 69. Bad news though, that it is not true, nothing special in there really.

Uh... I think you go to the Lil' Probe in near the Area 61 or whatever it is, I may be a little rusty on that, but I remember something about looking at the bartender with something on and seeing something different
