Hi, i've finished the game for a while now except one part. There is still one builing which I can't buy yet, it's the Wang motors building beside the train station on the North West island. Does anyone know why I cannot buy it?

You have to buy it during a mission when you work for yourself in the garage in San ferrero.

I think you have to get at least a bronze medal in every challenge at the car school. I'm not sure, but I think that's what you have to do. Hope I helped. ATW

You have to finish driving school and be on the 3rd island

You have to do all the garage missions with ceazer. The spanish the guy.
When you done you could buy it.

To unlock that house you must get a bronze, silver or gold medal in each of the driving school challenges and I think thats it but maybe you have to be on the third island havent played for a while so not shore hope I helped.
